First Month on Bovine Ovary

I have felt this need to transition for the last 10+ years of my adult life. I am 37 and I started experimenting with my feminine side more than 12 years ago. I wanted to be a girl when I was a child but my family (et al) did their best to repress my desires. As a consequence, I never really fit in as a boy. When I was 18 I joined the Air Force and tried to put on a really "manly" act. It has been pretty convincing and has served me well thus far.

On my birthday in February this year after several years of research, I decided that I would begin to transition into something closer to who I am inside. After looking at hundreds of documents and research concerning "traditional" HRT, I opted to try a more natural approach. Using the time tested methodology of "heal like", I decided to try Bovine Ovary or BO combined with other natural compounds.

I decided to document my results as there are few well documented results for the use of BO for feminization beyond what I consider nebulous "testimonials".

My transition goals are not to grow breasts, nor to radically feminize my body. That is not to say that I do not want breast growth or body feminization. My main goal is to align my body chemistry with my feminine mind.

My HRT started on Sunday 3/23/14. As of the date of this post I have been taking the following core regiment for  24 days.

1150 mg Swanson BO every morning
1150 mg Swanson BO every evening

300 mg uterus tissue daily (1 capsule Swanson Multi-Glandular for women every morning and evening)

2,600 mcg Nascent Iodine

Plus a balanced daily nutrient protocol for my age and body weight. This includes all necessary vitamins and minerals. I also maintain a daily diet that includes at least 18 hours of fasting between meals.

I have not kept a daily log of changes  because I didn't expect anything to happen this fast.

The most obvious change thus far is is my smell. I no longer smell like a man. I do not have the normal underarm smell that I had 25 days ago. My skin has taken on a sweeter more gentle smell.

Before starting I have and continued to wear Dove cucumber and green tea deodorant. I also have worn and continue to wear Paris Hilton perfume.

Before starting HRT, the Dove smelled strong on my male body and smelled very fruity almost to the point that I was self conscious at work. Now the same Dove smells light and natural. My natural feminine smell meshes with the dove naturally. In fact, it smells very nice and I a no longer self conscious about my smell.

On my male body my Paris Hilton smelled very fruity and very strong. Now my perfume has taken on a more floral smell and smells very natural. I love this perfume now more than ever!

The body scent changes blow my mind! I cant believe what a change it is. I still look like a man even though my face has always had more feminine features than masculine. The one extremely masculine feature I sport is a shaved head.

I do see some confusion on the faces of people when they clearly sense my feminine pheromones and smell my distinct feminine smell, but see a man.

Another change has been my skin and body hair. My skin is definitely softer! I can tell a difference everyday. I have not made any changes to my skin care regiment I still use Dove soap, coconut oil and avocado oil for moisturizer.

Before HRT when I shaved my legs, within 12 hours they were ready to be shaved again. Now I can go 3-4 days before I feel I need to shave. I do shave more often if I wear a skirt or shorts, but the hair growth is definitely diminished. The hair is thinner, there are fewer follicles producing hair and the growth is slower.

I have stopped having spontaneous erections and when I masturbate, it takes a lot longer for me to climax. In fact when I do climax, it seems to be deeper and more powerful.

I have noticed that sometimes when I get turned on my nipples get very hard. When I touch my nipples, they are very sensitive and it feels good to play with them.

I have not noticed any major changes to my body shape, nor have I noticed any changes to my breasts. All in all, I a very excited with the changes so far. I am super excited about the changes to my smell! I am feeling much more feminine and even after such a short time, the results are astonishing!
